I’ve been with the County and the Probation Agency for 33 years and during that time I’ve worked in a variety of assignments. Currently, I oversee the Administrative Services Bureau which includes Human Resources, Professional Standards, and Training. I graduated from Oxnard High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from California State University, Los Angeles and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of LaVerne. I am also a graduate of the Chief Probation Officers of California Command College.
The Management Council is deeply rooted in providing valuable and needed opportunities for growth and development. I am honored to be a member of such a well-respected board. I hope to be able to provide my educational and professional experience around leadership and succession planning to compliment the amazing and talented board members.
