[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]I have been a member of the Ventura County Management Council for well over a decade and have participated in numerous trainings, picnics, State of the Agency briefings, as well as the past holiday dinners and now the current awards luncheon. I have always been impressed with the thoughtfulness put into each of the events and the Board’s intent to meet the needs of its members. For years I have performed volunteer work and have sat on a Board of Directors for a non-profit, so I bring to the table a passion for helping others, event planning and project management, all of which can help enhance the already stellar skills and expertise collectively contained within the current Board of Directors.
As a manager for over 18 years, I truly believe in continuous learning and professional growth and view membership on the Ventura County Management Council Board of Directors as an outstanding opportunity to create new working relationships while at the same time expand my leadership skills.
