[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Hello, my name is Chris Cooper and I am an Engineering Manager for the Public Works Agency – Engineering Services Department. I began working for the County in 1987 for Ventura County Flood Control District, known now as Watershed Protection District. In January 2003, I returned to the County to manage capital improvement projects after a 10-year absence. I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Davis and my Masters in Public Administration from California State University Northridge. My wife and I are extremely blessed to be raising our two daughters (11 and 14 years old) here in beautiful Ventura. When not working, I like spending time with my family and swimming with the Ventura County Masters swim program. I am honored to be a member of the Management Council Board and look forward to building new relationships with fellow managers in other agencies and departments.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][vc_column_text]
